Scrotal Kaposi's Sarcoma in HIV-negative Patient: A Case Report and Review of the Literature.

Background: Kaposi's sarcoma (KS) is an indolent angio-proliferative tumor proliferation with spindle cells originating from endothelial and immune infected human herpes virus type 8. (HHV-8: also known as Kaposi [KSHV]). HHV-8 was identified the causative agent of KS. This present in 95-98% cases first described by a Hungarian dermatologist 1872 named Moritz Kaposi.[1]
 The lesions are characterized origin, which different degrees abnormal vascularization, inflammatory infiltrates, fibrosis. Sarcoma malignancy that generally affects skin, can be systemic internal organ involvement. It originates vascular endothelium. KS's relationship immunodeficiency (HIV) infection well known.
 In this article, we will 73-year-old male patient 3 purple scrotal up to 0.5 cm size.
 Conclusion; scrotum negative rare pathology. However, last over time, differential diagnosis should made taken into consideration. Also, screening for other accompanying lesions, especially detailed examination gastrointestinal tract important Kaposi’s scrotum.
